About Chaupain Dairy

Chaupain Dairy is a part of Chaupain Bakery, bringing our love of scratch-made food into the world of cultured dairy. Our dairy production focuses on housemade kefir and fresh cheeses, carefully made for both savory and sweet options.

Each week, our dairy team produces approximately 5,000 cultured dairy products, with  each item hand-packaged and labeled before making its way to our cafés and farmers markets. It’s a hands-on process that reflects the same care and attention we bring to everything we make at Chaupain.

From everyday favorites to seasonal offerings, Chaupain Dairy gives us another way to create food in-house and share something fresh with our guests.
